These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set out the conditions for using the website, booking system, online consultations, medical consultations, home-visit care, document issuance, payment, and other related services (the “Services”) provided by Otonoha Maternity Clinic (the “Clinic”).

Article 1 (Application)

  1. These Terms apply to everyone who uses the Services.
  2. Matters set out on the Clinic’s website, fee schedules, consent forms, booking screens, and individual notices form part of these Terms.

Article 2 (Content of the Services)

Article 6 (Cancellations and Refunds)

  1. Cancellations, changes of date, and refunds are governed by the Clinic’s separately established Cancellation Policy.
  2. Given the nature of medical care and consultations, no refunds are made after services have been provided, except where required by law or where the Clinic is at fault.
  3. If no-shows or last-minute cancellations are repeated, the Clinic may decline future use of the Services.

  1. Medical care, prescriptions, tests, referrals, and document preparation are carried out at the discretion and medical judgment of the doctor.
