Charges other than the service price
Communication charges, internet connection fees, bank transfer fees, travel fees, parking fees, medication delivery fees, document postage, and other expenses incidental to the provision of services may apply.
Timing of payment
At the time of booking, after the consultation, before document issuance, or as otherwise specified by the Clinic for each service.
Payment methods
Credit card, online payment, bank transfer, or other methods designated by the Clinic.
Timing of service provision
Services are provided at the booked date and time once the booking is confirmed.
For ongoing services, the service period or number of sessions is indicated on each service page.
Formation of the application
When the booking-completion screen is displayed or when the Clinic’s notice of acceptance reaches the user.
Cancellations, changes, and refunds
- Up to 5:00 pm two days before: free of charge
- Up to 5:00 pm the day before: 50% of the booking fee
- After 5:00 pm the day before, or on the day: 100% of the booking fee
- No-show without notice: 100% of the booking fee
- If the service could not be provided due to the doctor’s medical judgment or for safety reasons, the unprovided portion will be refunded or the visit rescheduled.
- After services have been provided, refunds are not available except where required by law or where the Clinic is at fault.
Conditions of provision
- Online consultations require an adequate communication environment and identity verification.
- Home visits are limited to serviceable areas, hours, and content.
- The Services are not intended for emergencies.
- Depending on medical judgment, we may direct you to in-person care, emergency care, or another medical institution.
- Prescriptions, tests, and document issuance are at the doctor’s discretion.
Operating environment
Use of online consultations, booking, and payment requires the browsers, operating systems, and communication environment recommended by the Clinic.
Special conditions
Where the consent or involvement of a legal representative is required (e.g., minors or adult wards), consent will be confirmed by the method requested by the Clinic.
